How to Achieve Effective Pain Relief
for Foot Pain

Topical solutions are applied to your area of foot pain get right to the source of your foot pain by not attacking the inflammation of the the nerve but rather causing the nerve to relax and in essence “turn off the pain signal to your spinal chord, the pain connector to your brain”. Our products are “not a cure” …the underlying cause of your foot pain still exists and you must find and treat the underlying cause of your foot pain by consulting with a physician!

• At the first sign of pain in foot, heel spur, or foot related pain discomfort gently rub the applicator on the area of your heel discomfort as indicated in the picture below

• Gently apply 2 to 3 light coats of your product in a continuous motion to area of you foot where the pain exists plus the achilles tendon area just behind your heel in the soft tissue area.

• The area of your foot to cover with the topical solution should be at least as large as the area of foot pain

• The solution will remain moist on your skin for a few minutes

• Remain in a relaxed position and keep the foot pain area of discomfort warm to enhance foot pain relief

• Most people will feel relief from pain in foot or heel pain in as little as 10 – 15 minutes

• Additional heel spur treatments may be necessary to achieve a desirable level of foot pain relief

Pain in Foot

Pain in your foot can be effectively treated with our Menastil and CorProfan products:

Specific treatment of pain in foot or heel pain problems will be determined by a physician, preferably a foot specialist – who deals with sports injuries to the feet. Most have seen everything under the sun when it comes to pain in foot, heel pain, heel spurs, or most pain involvement to the feet. How he/she deals with your heel pain, foot pain, or pain in foot pain whichever the case may be will depend on…

• Your age, overall health, and medical history with your heels and feet
• Extent of your heel pain or foot pain condition, particularly if it is plantar fasciitis
• Your tolerance for specific medications, procedures, or therapies to alleviate heel or foot pain
• Expectations for the course of your foot pain, heel pain, or plantar faciitis condition
• Your opinion or preference as to treatment for foot pain or heel pain regimens

Heel Pain, Foot Pain, or Pain in pain in foot may include:

Activity modification
• Rest
• Physical Therapy
• Medications
• Surgery

Until you can meet with a physician or specialist, take the following precautions…

Rest – Avoid strenuous activity and any motion that causes heel or foot pain. In some cases a foot wrap is helpful to rest fatigued muscles and inflamed tendons in the foot until you see a doctor.

Ice and Heat – Putting ice on your heels and feet for 15 to 20 minutes at a time may help reduce inflammation and pain. After about two to three days, when the pain and inflammation in the have improved, hot packs or heating pads may help relax tightened and sore joints and muscles. Limit heat applications to 20 minutes per day.

Oral Medicines – Anti-inflammatory medicines such as Motrin®, Feldene®, Voltaren®, Naprosyn®, or aspirin may help reduce inflammation and foot pain.

PAIN RELIEF – Note the arrow pointing to the soft area just behind the ankle…Apply Menastil or CorProfan to this area on your heel indicated at the end of the black arrow. You may feel pain in a number of areas in your foot, heel, and ankle area but the point of application for is where the nerve passes through the achilles tendon area as shown, particulary if you have plantar fasciitis.

Apply your topical solution to both sides of your foot in the soft area just behind your ankle, let it dry and apply a heat compress or pad over the treatment area if possible…wait 5 – 15 minutes and if no relief, you missed the spot on your foot or heel where the nerve is being affected…experiment until you find the right spot…waiting up to 10 minutes each time you try a different spot. You must experiment, nerves run through the foot, heel, and ankle area in different places depending on the anatomical structure of an individual.
