General Application Procedure for Bursitis
Topical treatments for bursitis are applied topically to your area ofbursitis discomfort and gets right to the source of your pain

You have more than 150 bursae in your body. These small, fluid-filled sacs lubricate and cushion pressure

wrist, shoulder, knee (patellar), ankle (calcaneal), hip (trochanteric) and pelvis (ischial).But you can also
have bursitis even in the base of your big toe. Bursitis pain usually goes away within a week or so with
proper treatment, but recurrent painful flare-ups are common and can be very frustrating.

Apply your topical solution to a spot about the size of the cup of the palm of your hand, let it dry and apply a heat
compress or pad over the treatment area...wait up to 15 minutes and if no relief, you missed the spot on
